Enterprise Product Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle

As Enterprise Product Marketing Manager, you will drive Hootsuite's Enterprise marketing strategy and program management, focusing on the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving incremental sales opportunities within our existing customer base through upsell and cross-sell, as well as customer advocacy. This role involves building meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales, professional services and customer success teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of product, software or sales enablement marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills (time Management, coordination, planning) with the ability to deliver results while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to articulate clear value propositions for new strategies and tactics
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build solid working relationships
  • Proven experience in developing and executing a go-to-market plan
  • Understanding and passion for social media
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Develop New Marketing Strategy to Drive Incremental Revenue Opportunities
  • Define and develop the marketing strategy to support customer retention, upsell, cross sell and advocacy
  • Understand the Enterprise business model to effectively build out the expansion plan, ensuring all the sales segments are fully enabled - industry, solution and geography
  • Work directly with VPs to set strategy and define key metrics to measure success of campaigns
  • Interact with sales, customers and industry experts to identify new opportunities for improving customer experience
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are designed to achieve measurable results
  • Launch Successful Marketing Initiatives using Strong Project Management Skills
  • Develop, project manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns, from campaign conception through to development, including webinars, training materials, guides, email campaigns
  • Actively engage and work closely with key cross functional stakeholders including Professional Services, Education, Customer Success Managers and Demand Gen to ensure effective end to end execution of marketing activities and consistent campaign messaging
  • Generate quarterly KPI reporting to determine success of key programs
  • Ensures viability and scalability of processes, global consistency and program effectiveness
  • Ensure strong value based messaging, brand consistency and Hootsuite core values across all communications
  • Drive Alignment, Enablement and Visibility of Key Campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across different departments - including sales, business development and customer success.
  • Maintain strong ties with key internal stakeholders - including sales, customer success, demand gen - to receive real time feedback on campaign results that could enhance campaign elements to improve quality or quantity of leads
  • Work closely with global sales team to keep them informed and ensure they are aligned and enabled on campaign efforts - including the right tools, messaging, training and support to sell effectively
  • Develop clear priorities and expectations across the cross-function team
  • Deliver team training and education sessions
