Vancouver-based ResponseTek has secured another round of funding from MMV Financial, and will soon expand its sales and marketing across North America and Europe. The cornerstone of the company is their Customer Experience Management software, which brings monitoring and improvement of the customer experience to the enterprise level. ResponseTek’s CEM suite delivers multi-channel experience collection, analysis, reporting, workflow management and closed-loop feedback. In essence, the product is designed to retain customer loyalty once a consumer has made the decision to go with a particular brand. Current ResponseTek clients include HSBC, T-Mobile, and Xerox.
