As many of you know the United Nations Climate Change Conference is presently taking place in Copenhagen.  The biggest news many people hope will come out of Copenhagen is that leaders from around the world will commit to serious action on climate change.

Google is doing it’s part in eduacating people about climate change via a dedicated site.  Already involved in ‘technology-driven philanthropy‘ Google is playing an active role in educating it’s community and global citizens on what can be done at a personal level.

The site features YouTube videos from climate change luminaries such as Al Gore and Ted Danson. As the site explains, “With Google Earth you can view climate change scenarios, interact with narrated tours, investigate deforestation, and even dive into the depths of the oceans.”

The site will also host a CNN/YouTube debate to be held on December 15th.
