Canadian based Syncapse Corporation whose global reach now spans the US and Europe has recently acquired UK based Nudge Social Media. In an effort to remain at the forefront of social media technology solutions, Syncapse President and CEO Michael Scissons had this to say about the company’s new relationship with Nudge:

According to Commercial Director and Co-Founder of Nudge Social Media, Toby Beresford, joining the Syncapse family means the company will now have the resources it needs to step up to the next level given Syncapses’ relatively prominent social media solution delivery model. According to reps for Syncapse, Nudge founded the highly successful Facebook Developer Garage London series receiving praise from Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg.
It should be interesting to watch, in the coming months, how the acquisiton of Nudge grows the Syncapse business here in Canada and globally.
