On Tuesday, November 23rd the Vancouver Enterprise Forum (VEF) with the help of the Bootup Entrepreneurial Society is hosting Term Sheet Theatre.

Whether you are thinking about starting a company or have spent the last year of your life building a product that customers actually want, term sheet theatre was designed to help you understand the terms, the traps and the art of negotiating a term sheet when you are ready to raise money from investors.

The November event takes place on Tuesday, November 23rd at the Vancity Theatre at 1181 Seymour Street. Tickets are $45 each online or $50 at the door.

The VEF is the premier networking forum for technology entrepreneurs. The VEF holds eight events each year – usually on the fourth Tuesday of the month.
