Vancouver-based Strutta, a technology company that helps brands connect with consumers through social media promotions, recently launched an enhanced version of its contest building software. With a plethora of new features, it’s no wonder ubiquitous family product maker Jonhson & Jonhson used Strutta to construct its Facebook contest, which lets proud moms show off their cute babies in the hopes of their child becoming a J&J star.
The Strutta software provides a number of customization options for promotions:
– Run a user generated content (UGC) contest or an enter-to-win sweepstakes
– Launch as an application on a brand’s Facebook Page, or on a standalone site at a URL of choice
– Use the CSS Style Kit to create a seamless branded experience
– Choose to include custom legal documentation or utilize the included boilerplate rules
“With the latest version of our contest builder we have made it possible for marketers large or small to easily launch a fully branded interactive contest on the Facebook platform or on a website of their own without requiring IT resources,” said Strutta CEO Ben Pickering, who we listed on our BC People to Watch 2011 edition.
