Andrew Dixon has joined Igloo Software’s executive team as vice president of marketing and operations. Andrew came from Microsoft Canada, where he was a vice president as well and served the company for nearly two decades.

Igloo’s addition of Andrew follows a recent slew of accomplishments, including making Proft Magazine’s Profit Hot 50 list and for a third straight year being positioned in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant report for social software in the workplace. The Kitchener-based firm saw its licensing revenue grow by almost 400% in the first half of this year.
