Apple sold more than 15 million iPads during its most recent quarter. Research In Motion, meanwhile, sold just 150,000 BlackBerry PlayBooks.

But it appears that aggressive discounts and a revamped operating system have finally made RIM’s tablet popular. Well, at least in Canada.

RIM tweeted that both Best Buy and Future Shop reported that its PlayBook was—wait for it—the best-selling tablet last week. Seriously. Should we call it a comeback?
