Canadian tech retail staple Future Shop turns 30 today. The company wanted to take Canadians back into the past to relive some of the 80’s, 90’s, and 2000s.

Exhibit A is a flyer from exactly 30 years ago in 1982. That year, Future Shop was named retailer of the year.

The retailer was selling Commodore computers for $359 and a Ms. Pac-Man game for Atari for $39. You could also buy a 16-inch TV—in colour, no less—for $499.
