Hot on the heels of its strongest year to date, Toronto-based OrderDynamics is being acquired by eCommera, which specializes in decision-intelligent commerce solutions.
Ecommera announced today the acquisition of the Canadian startup, an order management system (OMS) and commerce platform for multi-channel retail. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Ecommera is among the fastest growing providers of cloud-based commerce software and solutions globally. It supports 130 e-commerce sites for customers across 29 countries, including brands and retailers such as Brooks Brothers, Hamleys, and Matches Fashion.
Toronto’s OrderDynamics is a cloud OMS and commerce platform serving more than 30 multi-channel retailers in North and Central America. Their system features in-store pickup, endless aisle, distributed fulfillment, and single view of the customer and inventory across all channels, according to the company.

The combined businesses will serve 70 brands and retailers across the globe through their offices in London, Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas, Paris, Bulgaria, and India. According to a press release, OrderDynamics will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of eCommera and will continue to operate as OrderDynamics and be led by its current management team.
