Samsung Electronics Canada today unveiled the first of its Ontario Samsung Service Centres.
The walk-in service centres are part of the company’s mission to provide leading customer service and interaction across Canada. The first centre in Ontario is located in Mississauga’s Heartland Town Centre. Samsung already has similar service centres in Vancouver in Montreal, as well as its first Canadian retail store in Burnaby.
“Our Canadian consumers are telling us they want a direct relationship with the manufacturers creating the devices they can’t live without. Our walk-in service centres are an extension of our commitment to customer service excellence,” said Frank Martino, Director of Samsung Canada’s Service Division. “We’re thrilled to offer this service to customers in the community Samsung Canada has called home for 25 years.”
The Heartland Samsung Service Centre will offer local Samsung device owners walk-in service support for all Samsung products, including a one-hour repair service, as well as the option to purchase extended warranty sales and support and accessories, according to the company. Product technicians will also be on-site for product information and insight.
