The PwC Vision to Reality Awards celebrating Canada’s “most dynamic and visionary technology firms” took place last night in Toronto and the winners were chosen from their 2013 finalists.

Online men’s clothier Frank & Oak from Montreal was named Innovator of the Year and Toronto’s Vena Solutions was awarded the Peoples Choice Award from among the 10 finalists.

“We’re thrilled to be named this year’s Innovator of the Year and are excited that our concept has resonated with so many,” says Ethan Song at Frank & Oak. “Canada is a great place to be a start-up and we’re grateful for the supportive community in which we have been able to thrive.”

Frank & Oak was named the Best New Canadian Startup of 2012 in our own Startup Awards sponsored by KPMG last January.

Interestingly PwC awarded Toronto’s Wattpad the Innovator of the Year Award in 2012 after they won our Best Overall Canadian Startup of 2011 as well.
