Angela Bourne has joined Bionym’s executive team as marketing director.
Bourne will lead all marketing, public relations, and event efforts, while taking a lead role in developing key partner relationships, in particular within the hospitality and retail verticals, according to the Canadian company.
Before joining Bionym, the maker of Nymi wearable tech, Angela Bourne was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, and led the media launch of Toronto’s newest attraction. Prior to that, Angela was with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Toronto for five years as the Marketing and Communications Manager.
“Through our growing Nymi developer community, we are just beginning to explore the incredible potential for this technology to create one-of-a-kind experiences,” she added.
