Koodo Mobile ranks highest in customer satisfaction for a third consecutive year in J.D. Power’s annual report.
Improving slightly in score over 2013, Koodo Mobile performs particularly well in network quality; account management; offerings and promotions; handset; and purchase process, J.D. Power says. Telus, which owns Koodo, scored significantly worse, with a score below that of Public Mobile, Mobilicity, Wind Mobile, and others.
Despite Canadians’ constant gripes about the nation’s wireless market, overall satisfaction rose in the past year, according to J.D. Power.
73% of Canadians now own smartphones, up from 63% in 2013. 7% of Canadians own tablets with wireless data plans.
