When it comes to paying with a mobile device, Canadians seems very comfortable buying their daily coffee.
PayPal has not lost sight of this trend and today is leveraging it as they launch their first brand campaign in Canada.
“PayPal has an opportunity and responsibility to help people take control of their money and use it in any way they want, through seamless and delightful experiences,” said Cameron Schmidt, General Manager, PayPal Canada.
“Powering The People Economy is a recognition of what our customers should expect and demand from us – secure, easy and convenient payment experiences that get out of the way and get them closer to what they want,” Schmit added.
To help people experience the new “Powering The People Economy” brand, PayPal Canada will treat Torontonians to free coffee at 25 coffee places in the city.
As part of this offer, people who pay with the PayPal mobile app get $5 off their bill from July 21 to 31 at participating locations listed below. Non-coffee lovers can use the offer to get a drink or snack of their choice.
