This week MOVR announced the launch of its fitness app, a tool that pays attention to your progress and adapts to your workout needs.
Unlike other apps, the Vanvouver-based MOVR “evolves with you,” says founder Aaron de Jong.
“We live in a fast-paced world with overwhelming schedules, where health and wellness are a necessity, but aren’t always top of mind,” says Jong. “In general, we thrive on convenience and I see it every day.”
De Jong opened Movement108, a boutique studio, to help people build mobility, stability and strength. Now he’s taking his methodology online to give users full-time access to a personal trainer.
MOVR uses algorithms and ongoing user feedback to deliver customized workouts for each person. Currently, the free app is available for download and compatible with iPhones and Androids.
