Bench Co-Founder Jordan Menashy Joins Realty Butler as CRO

Building a business is what he does best.

Jordan Menashy, the co-founder of Vancouver’s Bench Accounting, is joining Realty Butler as the company’s new Chief Revenue Officer. This is the capstone of the Vancouver real estate company’s growth as they have expanded from 12 to 40 employees in 2017 alone.

“After months of observing Realty Butler’s growth as a board member, I was overwhelmed by the talent of the team and relentless demand for the product they built,” said Menashy. He has served on the board for five months.

“Their metrics are the best I have encountered in my career. I’m honoured to join as their Chief Revenue Officer, and look forward to working with the team to make Realty Butler a world-class success story,” he added.

Menashy will be assisting with investor relations and spearheading the startup’s funding growth, something that the former VP of marketing knows a lot about. Bench has raised over $60 million in funding through a number of rounds and grown to over 250 plus employees throughout its five years of business.

Bench was named by Deloitte as the fastest growing company in British Columbia, the fourth fastest in Canada and the 17th fastest in North America.

“After working closely with Jordan as a member of our Board of Directors, we knew that it was the right decision to appoint him Chief Revenue Officer,” said Chris Troelstra, CEO of Realty Butler. “He brings exceptional insight and the right connections to take Realty Butler into the next stage of growth, as we rapidly expand our services across North America.”

Realty Butler is a SaaS company that helps residential realtors expand and maintain their digital presence. The tech-driven marketing service looks after newsletter marketing, website creation and upkeep, social media posting and more. Realty Butler currently operates in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Toronto, with more city coverage planned soon.

This has been a busy fall for Realty Butler. On top of the city expansions, they recently closed two separate funding rounds worth a total of $2.35 million. With the experience of Menashy now on board, Realty Butler is set to explode into the U.S. and other parts of Canada in 2018.
